Card Casebook is published by Fios. It is an independent editorial publication, not a card issuer, processor, merchant or dispute service.
Three kinds of statements
- Sourced fact: a bounded statement supported by a linked public primary source.
- Editorial method: our suggested way to organize observations, questions and follow-up.
- Account decision: a finding or action only the responsible provider can establish.
Dates and uncertainty
We record when public sources were checked. We do not claim to monitor them continuously. General information is not a substitute for the agreement and instructions that apply to a particular card. We do not promise a refund, replacement delivery date or investigation result, and we do not calculate legal reporting deadlines.
Conflicting sources
Official pages can contain inconsistent details. When a support detail differs across pages or programs, our preferred route is the contact information on the card or the provider’s current official Contact page, not an invented universal instruction. The Fintwist to Corpay Prepaid transition is acknowledged rather than hidden.
Examples and tools
Examples are fictional and do not describe actual customers. Our support checklist has no account-data fields, no network submission and no persistent case storage. Its completion count is not an assessment of a dispute or of legal readiness.
Corrections
Send the article URL, a concise concern and an appropriate public source to fintwist1@gmail.com. Do not send credentials, card details or private evidence. We do not invent expertise, testimonials, sponsorship, a publisher address or a provider relationship.
