What makes a case note useful
Our articles separate an observation from a diagnosis, a merchant confirmation from an account event, and a sent request from a completed action. Each article is written around a concrete reader task rather than a generic claim that we can fix a card.
Evidence, not account access
We check public primary sources and link the material supporting a factual statement. A source-check date records a review, not continuous monitoring. We do not test private card accounts, authenticate customers, submit disputes, request replacements or promise financial outcomes. Our examples are fictional.
Current naming
The official provider website announces that Fintwist is now Corpay Prepaid. We use the familiar search phrase where it helps identify the subject. Brand names are not the identity of this publication and do not imply sponsorship.
